Privacy policy
This policy explains how Hadhana and participating nurseries handle information about guardians, staff members, and children linked to accounts.
Information we process
- Account and contact information, user role, nursery, and children linked to the account.
- Attendance, care observations, daily activities, and private messages.
- Photos and videos uploaded by the nursery after checking access and media consent.
- Limited technical data needed to protect the service and diagnose faults.
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts, deliver child updates to authorized guardians, enable private nursery communication, manage consent, and protect the platform from misuse.
Access and sharing
Updates are not public. Access is limited to guardians linked to the child and authorized nursery staff. We do not sell data or use it for targeted advertising. Hosting, storage, and technical providers may process only what is needed to deliver the service.
Children’s information
The app is for guardians and nursery staff and does not provide child accounts. Children’s media requires appropriate consent and exact recipient selection, and publishing is blocked when a consent restriction is recorded.
Retention and protection
We retain information while the account and legitimate operational need continue, then delete or de-identify it according to nursery policy and legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and incident procedures, while recognizing that no technical method is entirely risk-free.
Privacy and deletion requests
You can request access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal through the nursery linked to your account or the support address below. Identity and authority may be verified before a request is completed to protect children’s information.
Contact and policy updates
We may update this policy when the service or regulatory requirements change. The latest revision date will remain visible on this page.
