Hadhana is a private and secure app connecting guardians with nursery management for daily updates, videos, attendance, care observations, and private messages.
Each guardian sees only children linked to their account. Other families’ information and private conversations are never exposed.
Before contacting support
- Check your internet connection and update the app to the latest version.
- If sign-in fails, verify the email registered with the nursery and request access reactivation.
- For media issues, mention the device type and approximate time without attaching unnecessary child information.
